Register to Vote
Click on the Voter Registration Form link under "Related Files" below to download Voter Registration Form (pdf). Complete the form and deliver to any Lakota School building or mail to: Butler County Board of Elections, 315 High Street, 10th Floor, Hamilton, Ohio 45011-6016.
